there are voices in my head from all the people what they said some times cacophony but one stands out and it didn't have to shout what it said is only there are many questions but just one answer transform thought into presence 2. some voices have bad advice revenge and violence don't light a dark night like candles do and ego is not your friend though clever will pretend will never say to you there are many questions but just one answer transform thought into presence 3. Emotions come out of the past or from the stream of thoughts that pass Through a hyper head becoming the observer helps you to peel away the phoney self so you can hear what's said there are many questions but just one answer transform thought into presence

1. The latest sun is sinking fast my day is nearly done My rich encounters now are past conclusion is begun Chorus; (after each verse) Oh come angel band come and around me stand Oh bear me away on your snowy wings to my immortal home Oh bear me away on your snowy wings to my immortal home 2. I know I’m due the fond embrace of friends and kindred dear And though they’ve passed before me here I sense them waiting near 3. I’ve nearly gained my sacred home my spirit softly sings The holy place in metaphor a gentle song on wings 4. I lift my consciousness intense to higher rings unknown Where I am physical and more and time has ceased to flow

about

This is the final album of the series of collected songs I've written since 1969. They can all pretty much be described as dealing with social commentary and self-reflection, with occasional comic relief. The recording project began in December 2011 and concludes here April 2014 (well, any new songs that arrive will be added but far less frequently than to-date as I venture off into other areas).

The visual for Too Much Trouble is a detail of an oil painting on panel, Back to This, 1996. Most of the album covers are from my paintings or drawings.
