about

The songs on this album are from the early 90s. Getting an electric guitar brought me to using bar chords and so broadening the keys I worked in. The excitement for me of what REM was doing as well as The Dead and other groups I was getting access to via my nephew's grand collection had me starting to get more into the music without missing the opportunity to say something with lyrics.

The cover is from an oil painting called "Itself". I did a series in the early 70s based on imagery that impressed me on a trip to Morocco.

released December 4, 2012

As with all these albums, except the first few where Nevin Lash plays keyboard on some cuts, I'm doing all the instrumentation and vocals using Garage Band.
