We all have our moods, moments with low tolerance to frustration, all ego-involved... a challenge to relationship, the object of comedians through the ages. The song can be addressed to a frustrating partner with anger issues, a boss, or maybe the big operator, GOD. I've felt that about a lot of Dylan's songs, working on two levels, a love song and talking to god - that word, so much baggage, how 'bout ONEness.
